Capital Collective Mortgage, LLC is licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending as a Mortgage Company. NMLS ID 2897408. We are licensed in Texas only and originate residential mortgage loans on property located in Texas.
What we are
Capital Collective Mortgage is a mortgage broker. We do not make loans or fund loans. We arrange loans between you and wholesale lenders, who make the credit decision, set the terms, and fund the loan. Loan terms, eligibility, and approval are determined by the lender.
Texas complaint notice
The Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending requires every licensed mortgage company to display a consumer complaint notice.

Multiple roles
Some of our loan originators are also licensed Texas real estate agents. If your loan originator is also acting as a real estate agent in your transaction, Texas requires that you receive a written disclosure of both roles and give your written consent. That disclosure is provided as part of your application, not on this website.
